JobDesc (Information Technology Job Description) is a list that describe
your job-to-do in a company. The list is bit difference from one company to
another, also differ from what kind of IT position is. Example:

- Manage and maintenance blog.
- Answer Visitor Questions. Handle and answer all question from live chat, comments and email.
- Minor update blog layout, design, content, page etc.
- Update news, information, contact etc.

- Supply resources for WebProgramer such as icon, graphic, picture, etc.
- Fix error layout.
There
are so many position in IT and the JobDesc will be different too, another

Help
desk support specialists provide technical and troubleshooting assistance
related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools
and products. Working within a company, these professionals must be great
communicators and be able to translate their technical knowledge into
actionable direction. When they don’t have an answer, they know how to research
the problem and come up with a solution.

Help
desk technicians provide prompt responses to questions from employees. They
troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems,
hardware and software. They also document problems and conversations to create
a log that can be referenced by other technicians and for training purposes.

Help
desk analysts perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting support to

Help

decisions, when necessary. Help desk managers may compile reports to track
customer churn, personnel performance and adherence to established
service-level targets.
